Rates & Insurance

I work without contracts with insurers. If you are insured in the Netherlands, you may still get partial reimbursement. Mental healthcare for adults (18+) is usually covered if you have a DSM-5 diagnosis and a referral from your GP.

How Reimbursement Works

  • Reimbursement depends on your insurance plan.
  • Check with your insurer before starting to know the coverage.
  • Mental health care is subject to the annual deductible (€385).

Payment for Private Care

  • You pay the invoice directly to me.
  • Invoices are sent weekly and should be paid within a week.
  • After payment, you can submit the invoice to your insurer.
  • Usually, 60–90% is reimbursed depending on your plan.

Missed Appointments

  • Please inform me as soon as possible if you cannot attend.
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show: 50% of the fee applies.
  • These costs are not covered by insurance.

Complaints

At Naaranji, I strive to provide you with the right and appropriate psychological care. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied with your treatment. I invite you to discuss this with me. Every complaint is taken seriously, and I am committed to finding a solution together with you. You can also send your complaint to info@naaranji.org.

If you do not wish or are unable to discuss the complaint with me, or if you want independent support, you can contact Klachtenportaal Zorg. Klachtenportaal Zorg is an external organization I am affiliated with to help resolve dissatisfaction and complaints about our care.
